Chocolate Sauce
Batter
Start by adding the apples cut into small cubes into a food processor and set aside.
In a small bowl, add the eggs, the vanilla sugar and whisk to combine.
Add this mixture to the food processor with the apples, add the cocoa powder, blend everything very well until combined and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the condensed milk, the cocoa powder, the butter and stir everything thoroughly until it forms a smooth mixture that pulls away from the bottom of the pan.
Add the heavy cream, stir to incorporate and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the apple mixture we prepared.
Add the wheat flour, the vegetable oil and mix until combined.
Next, add the baking powder and mix once more to incorporate.
Pour this batter into a cake pan greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour.
Place it in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Finish by pouring the chocolate sauce we prepared earlier.
Serve.
