Creamy Topping
To Moisten the Cakes
Start by placing a whole egg into a small glass jar.
Next, in each jar, add the sugar, the milk, the wheat flour, the cocoa powder, the chocolate chips and mix everything very well until combined.
Then place ½ a teaspoon of baking powder into each of these jars and mix once again gently.
Place +1 teaspoon of chocolate chips into each one.
Cover all the jars.
Then, line a large pot with a dish towel.
Place the jars with the batter inside this pot.
Add water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the jars.
Cover the pot, turn on the heat to medium and let everything cook for 25 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the condensed milk, the butter, the milk chocolate and mix everything very well until the chocolate melts completely and the mixture starts to come away from the bottom of the skillet.
Turn off the heat, add the heavy cream and mix to combine.
After the cakes have baked, moisten all of them with the mixture of milk and chocolate powder.
Then, add the creamy topping we prepared.
Cover the jars, place them in the refrigerator, and let them chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve.
