
Start by cutting the apple peels into thin strips and transfer everything to a medium bowl.
Add the eggs and transfer everything to a blender.
Next, add the sugar, blend very well until smooth and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the sweetened condensed milk, the butter, the cocoa powder and stir everything very well until the mixture is smooth and starts to pull away from the bottom of the skillet.
Turn off the heat, add the heavy cream and stir everything very well until it goes smooth.
Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, add the apple peel mixture we prepared earlier.
Add the vegetable oil, the wheat flour and mix everything very well until it becomes a smooth and even batter.
Then add the baking powder and mix gently to incorporate.
Pour this batter into a 20cm baking pan greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour.
Place it in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Finally, add the fudge sauce we prepared.
Serve.
