Rice
In a large bowl, add the chicken legs.
Season them with the salt, a generous pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the olive oil and mix everything very well to incorporate the seasoning.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the chicken rest for 30 minutes to absorb the seasoning.
Next, in a medium bowl, add the rice, the onion, the carrot and the red bell pepper all chopped into small cubes.
Season them with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, a generous drizzle of olive oil and mix everything very well to combine.
After doing that, transfer all this rice to a baking pan, add the heavy cream and mix.
Then add the seasoned chicken legs and cover everything with aluminum foil.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 45 minutes.
Serve.
