In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the ground beef and the ripe bananas sliced into rounds.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the onion powder and stir for 5 minutes.
Stop stirring and set aside.
Next, gently press the pastry with a pot lid and cut the pastry along this mark.
Remove the excess pastry and using a fork, prick holes all over the pastry.
Transfer it to a baking sheet, add the meat we prepared and spread it out.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over everything.
Place it in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
