Cake with Chocolate Mousse Filling

In a food processor, add the boiled eggs, the cocoa powder, the honey, the milk, the vanilla extract and blend everything well until smooth.Place this mixture in the refrigerator and let it chill for 30 minutes.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the condensed milk, the butter, the semi-sweet chocolate and stir until the chocolate is completely melted and begins to pull away from the bottom of the pan.Turn off the heat, add the heavy cream, stir everything to combine and set aside.Next, in a large bowl, add the eggs, the refined sugar and beat until frothy.Add the vegetable oil, the water, the wheat flour and mix again until combined.Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently to combine.Now, transfer all this batter to a 22cm cake pan greased with unsalted butter and dusted with wheat flour.Add the cocoa mixture we prepared using a spoon.Take the cake pan to a preheated oven at 180 ° C (350 ° F) and bake for 40 minutes.Finish by adding the sauce we prepared all over the dessert.Serve.

  • 5 Hard-Boiled Eggs
  • 4 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of Refined Sugar
  • 80ml of Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup of Water (240ml)
  • 2 Cups of Wheat Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder
