Batter
Fill a large skillet over medium heat with water and bring it to a boil.
Add the chocolate M&M's and stir everything very well until they are completely melted and well combined.
Remove this mixture from the skillet and set it aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the sweetened condensed milk, the unsalted butter, the milk chocolate and stir everything thoroughly until the mixture is well combined and begins to pull away from the bottom of the skillet.
When that happens, turn off the heat, add the heavy cream and stir again to incorporate.
In a large bowl, add the eggs, the refined sugar and beat everything very well until frothy.
Add the vegetable oil, the M&M mixture, the wheat flour and mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Then, add the baking powder and gently mix to incorporate.
Then pour this mixture into a cake pan greased with unsalted butter and dusted with wheat flour.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
After the cake has baked, unmold it onto a nice serving plate and pour the chocolate fudge we prepared all over it.
Finish with M&Ms to taste.
Serve.
