Chocolate Shell with Biscuit and Cream

Start by pouring the melted milk chocolate over the ice cubes and set aside.Next, in a mixer, add the milk biscuits and grind them until they become fine crumbs.Transfer everything to a medium bowl, add the melted unsalted butter and mix to incorporate.In a medium saucepan, add the condensed milk, the vanilla-flavored pudding powder, the milk and stir everything very well until fully combined.Turn on the heat to medium-low and continue stirring until it becomes a smooth and even cream.Next, divide this cream into 2 equal portions.To one of them, add the white chocolate and mix until completely melted.To the other half, add the milk chocolate and mix until melted.To assemble the dessert, take the chocolate shell we prepared using the ice cubes.Place the crushed biscuits and press them into the bottom.Then, add the creams we prepared using a piping bag.Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1 hour.Serve.

  • 1L of Milk
  • 80g of White Chocolate
  • 80g of Milk Chocolate

In a medium saucepan, add the condensed milk, the vanilla-flavored pudding powder, the milk and stir everything very well until fully combined.
