In a removable-bottom cake pan, add 300g of chocolate-filled wafer roll biscuits and arrange them all around the sides of the pan.
Next, in a Ziplock bag, add +300g of chocolate-filled wafer rolls and crush them very well by beating on the bag.
Pour the melted unsalted butter into the bag and mix until combined.
Transfer this mixture to the pan with the wafer rolls and press firmly in the center.
In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, the powdered sugar, the whipping cream and beat everything very well until it becomes frothy.
Then, divide this mixture equally by pouring it into 2 bowls.
In one of them, add the hazelnut cream and mix to combine.
Now, to assemble the dessert, add the creams to the pan, alternating them just like shown in the video.
Finally, make swirls with a skewer to decorate.
Take the dessert to the fridge and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
After this time has passed, decorate the dessert with chocolate-filled wafer rolls to taste and sprinkle cocoa powder to taste.
Add mint leaves and strawberries to taste.
Serve.
