Start by lining a 20cm removable-bottom baking pan with the chocolate-covered biscuits and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, the refined sugar and beat everything until it’s smooth.
Add the whipping cream and beat again until it becomes frothy
Stop beating and set this white cream aside.
In a large saucepan over medium to low heat, add the Coca-Cola.
Dissolve the cornstarch in the water, add it to the saucepan and stir everything very well until the Coca-Cola thickens and turns into a cream.
To assemble the dessert, pour half of the white cream into the baking pan with the biscuits and spread it evenly.
Add half of the Coca-Cola cream and using a skewer stick, swirl it to create decorative patterns.
After doing that, repeat this process with the remaining creams.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
After this time has passed, in a small bowl, add the milk chocolate.
Microwave it at maximum power in 30-second intervals, always stirring after each break until fully melted.
Add the heavy cream and mix until combined.
Next, pour this mixture over the dessert and spread it evenly.
Decorate it with biscuits to taste.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it chill for another 15 minutes.
Serve.
