In a large skillet over medium to low heat, start by adding the milk.
When the milk is hot, add the corn cobs cut in half, add the unsalted butter and a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each corn cob.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, season with salt to taste and stir.
Cover the skillet again and let it all cook for another 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the corn cobs from the skillet and set this sauce aside.
Serve them however you like.
