Sweet Popcorn
In a large skillet, add a sheet of aluminum foil.
Then add the popcorn kernels and place the unsalted butter softened to room temperature over these kernels.
Season them with salt to taste, cover them with another sheet of aluminum foil and seal the edges by folding them tightly.
After doing that, using a knife, make an X-shaped cut right in the center of the foil.
Place it on the stove, turn on the heat to medium - low and let it cook until all the popcorn kernels have fully popped.
When that happens, turn off the heat and open the aluminum foil.
Now, let’s make a sweet version of this popcorn.
Again, line the skillet with a sheet of aluminum foil.
Add the popcorn kernels, the unsalted butter softened to room temperature, the sugar and a drizzle of vegetable oil.
Next, cover everything with another sheet of aluminum foil in the same way, that is, sealing the edges by folding them tightly.
Then, using a knife, make an X-shaped cut right in the center of the foil.
Place it on the stove, turn on the heat to medium - low and let it cook until all the popcorn kernels have fully popped.
Serve.
