
Hot Dog
Start by removing the peels from the potatoes.
Next, cut these peels in half then cut them into very thin strips.
Transfer them all to a large bowl, add enough cold water to cover everything and add the ice cubes.
Stir and let them soak for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the water from the potato strips, transfer them onto a clean kitchen towel and dry them thoroughly.
Then, transfer them back to a large bowl, add the cornstarch and mix well to combine.
Transfer all the potato peels to a large skillet over medium heat with hot vegetable oil and fry until golden brown.
Remove them from the hot oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain the excess oil.
Next, transfer them to a medium bowl, add salt to taste and mix well to combine.
Now, let’s make a hot dog with these fries.
Cut the hot dog bun in half, add the hot dog sausage, mayonnaise and ketchup to taste.
Top it off with the fries we prepared.
Serve.
