Pasta with Pork

Start by placing the pasta into the milk and cook it for 5 minutes.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.Add the diced pork and sauté until the meat starts releasing its liquid.When that happens, cover the skillet and let it cook until all the liquid has evaporated.Add the unsalted butter and stir until fully melted.Next, add the red onion chopped into small cubes.Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the chimichurri, the garlic powder, stir and sauté everything very well until golden brown.Once the pasta has finished cooking, remove it from the skillet and set it aside.In a large bowl, add the eggs, the olive oil and mix.After that, add the cooked pasta and mix everything very well until fully combined.Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper and mix to incorporate.Next, grease a large skillet with unsalted butter.Add the pasta we prepared, all the meat and top everything with the shredded mozzarella cheese.Place it in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 15 minutes.Serve.

  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • Unsalted Butter
  • 150g of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
