Sauce
Start by cutting off the tips of both chicken wings then cut it in half.
Now, season it with salt and black pepper to taste, turn the chicken over and repeat the same process on the other side.
Next, line a skillet with the sheets of parchment paper, placing them in opposite directions.
Turn the heat to medium-low.
Add the unsalted butter, a drizzle of oil and stir until the butter is completely melted.
Add the garlic cloves cut in half and let them fry until golden brown.
Remove these garlic cloves, add the chicken we prepared earlier, cover the skillet and let it fry until it gets lightly golden brown.
Turn the chicken over, cover the skillet again, let the other side brown as well, remove the chicken and set it aside.
In a small bowl, add the ketchup, the honey, the soy sauce, the mustard, the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika, the dried rosemary and mix everything until well combined.
Now, using a brush, spread this sauce all over the chicken.
Transfer the chicken to a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and roast for 45 minutes.
Serve.
