
Sautéed Vegetables
Start by cutting the salmon fillet, opening it by slicing it into a thinner fillet shape.
Then cut one of the sides into strips and twist each of them.
Next, add the processed cheese wedges and spread them evenly using a rolling pin.
Now, roll it up and secure the strips with toothpicks.
In a small bowl, add the butter, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic cloves sliced into rounds and mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Then spread this butter over the salmon we prepared and cut it into rolls.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the salmon rolls and fry them until both sides are golden brown.
In another large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the onion sliced into strips, the garlic cloves sliced into rounds, the mushrooms and sauté until lightly golden brown.
Then, add the cherry tomatoes cut in half, the heavy cream and the water.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper and stir everything thoroughly to combine.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until it melts completely.
Then add the salmon rolls we fried earlier, and the lemon sliced into rounds.
Cover the skillet and let everything simmer for another 10 minutes.
Serve.
