Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, add water and bring it to a boil.
Add the slices of bread, the salty sticks, the red onion chopped into cubes, the green bell pepper chopped into cubes and mix until the bread slices dissolve.
Add the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the oat flour and mix.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the mixture we prepared shaping it into balls with the help of 2 tablespoons and fry until golden brown.
Remove from the hot oil and drain the excess fat on a plate lined with paper towels.
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the honey, the barbecue sauce, the garlic powder, the black pepper and mix.
Serve the fried balls with the sauce we prepared.
