Season Rice with Rustic Potatoes

Start by adding the eggs to the cooked rice in a large skillet over medium to low heat with hot vegetable oil and mix everything very well until fully combined.Season with the salt, the black pepper and stir until the egg is fully cooked.Add the carrot cut into small cubes, chopped green onions to taste and stir to combine.Next, add the fried slices of smoked sausage, the fried bacon cubes and stir one last time.Now, cut the potatoes into strips and transfer them to a medium bowl.Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the onion powder, a drizzle of olive oil and mix everything very well to combine.Then transfer them to a baking tray and spread them out.Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.Serve.

  • 6 Eggs

  • 4 Peeled Potatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sweet Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
  • Olive Oil
