Filling
Start by cutting the slices of bread into strips and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the eggs, the milk, the salt, the black pepper and whisk everything very well until combined.
Next, take the bread strips we cut earlier, soak them in this milk and egg mixture until thoroughly moistened and set aside.
Now, in a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the ketchup, the mustard, the sweet chili jam, the soy sauce, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the sweet paprika and mix everything very well until combined.
Next, grease a cupcake mold. To do this, brush unsalted butter over all the cups in the mold.
Now place the bread strips upright in the cups, arranging them side by side.
Fill each one with 30g of shredded ham, 30g of shredded mozzarella cheese, oregano to taste and close the strips tightly.
After doing that, on top of each one add one tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese.
Take the cupcake mold to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with the sauce we prepared.
