Start by adding the chocolate-filled wafer rolls to a removable-bottom baking pan.
Place them vertically around the edges and set aside.
In a mixer, add the milk biscuits and grind them until they turn into crumbs.
Transfer these crumbs to a medium bowl, add the melted unsalted butter and mix until well combined.
Add this mixture to the baking pan, spread it evenly and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, the powdered sugar, the whipping cream and beat everything very well until stiff peaks form.
Then, divide this cream into 2 equal parts.
To one of them, add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until well combined.
To the other half, add the cookie cream and mix until well combined.
Next, add these creamy mixtures we prepared to the baking pan with the biscuits, alternating layers.
Then, using a skewer, make lines in the cream for decoration.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
After this time has passed, decorate the dessert with wafer rolls and strawberries to taste.
Serve.

where do you get cookie cream? I’ve never heard of it. Is it something you would find in a regular grocery store or do I need to go to a specialty baking store? Please advise. Thank you so much for your information in advance take care and be well
