
Start by adding the slices of banana to the puff pastry circles.
Then make 4 slits on each puff pastry circle and wrap the pastry around the banana slices.
In a small bowl, add the demerara sugar, the ground cinnamon and mix very well.
Next, transfer the bananas wrapped in the pastry to a large baking tray and brush a beaten egg over all of them.
Sprinkle the sugar mixture we prepared on top.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 25 minutes.
In a large saucepan over medium to low heat, add the ripe strawberries, the blueberries, the raspberries, the sugar and stir everything very well until the fruits have completely melted.
Remove from heat and set aside to cool until it reaches room temperature.
After the bananas have baked, finish with the jam we prepared.
Serve.
