
Start by adding the apple jam onto the puff pastry and with the help of a spoon, spread it across the center of the pastry.
Add the fresh blueberries on top of the jam, the crushed walnuts and the raisins.
Then brush water on the edges of the pastry and put them together to seal the dessert.
Transfer it to a large baking sheet and brush a mixture of one egg yolk with two tablespoons of milk over the top.
Now, use a spatula as a guide and make shallow cuts on the pastry using a pastry cutter.
Then add blueberries to taste on top of everything.
Place it in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 25 minutes.
To finish, sprinkle powdered sugar to taste all over the dessert.
Serve.
