
Start by adding the shelled pistachios to the boiling milk in a large skillet over medium heat and stir for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove them from the heat and set them aside until they reach room temperature.
Next, cut the ripe avocado into smaller pieces and set aside.
Then peel the banana and cut it into round slices.
In a mixer, add the shelled pistachios and blend until finely ground.
In a blender, add all the milk with pistachios, the avocado, all the banana slices, the unsweetened plain yogurt and the honey.
Cover the blender and blend everything very well until smooth and well combined.
Finally, serve in a nice glass and finish by sprinkling the ground pistachios on top.
Serve.
