Start by cutting the bottom of a large head of cabbage then remove the core with a spoon, hollowing it out.
In a large bowl, add the ground beef.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika, the curry powder and mix everything very well to combine.
Transfer all this meat into the hollowed-out cabbage, add the onion cut into small cubes, the yellow pepper cut into cubes and beat everything very well with an electric mixer.
Add the white rice, the tomato sauce and mix everything very well until combined.
Next, using a spoon, shape the ground beef, creating a well in the center.
Place the cabbage in a large pan.
Around the cabbage, add the room temperature beer and in the middle of the cabbage, add the eggs.
Cover the pan, take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and roast for 1 hour.
Serve.

Do you leave the beer in the can while it roasts? what about the eggs? do they get mixed in? I’m sorry, but your instructions are unclear to me. I do like the recipe though!
