
In a large pot filled with boiling water, add the pre-baked pepperoni pizza slices and let them cook for 3 minutes.
After this time has passed, stir everything very well until combined and remove the pizza from the pot using a slotted spoon.
Transfer everything to a food processor and blend everything thoroughly until smooth and well combined.
Next, transfer this mixture to a large bowl, add the wheat flour and knead everything thoroughly until fully combined
Then transfer this dough to a non-stick baking tray, spread it evenly and set aside.
Now, grate the mozzarella cheese using the coarse side of the grater and set aside.
Also grate the Parmesan cheese, now using the fine side of the grater.
To assemble the pizza, pour the tomato sauce over the dough and spread it evenly.
Add all the mozzarella cheese, all the Parmesan cheese and the sliced pepperoni.
Place it in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake it for 30 minutes.
Serve.
