
In a medium bowl, add the walnuts, add enough water to cover everything and rinse thoroughly.
Then, drain all the water from the walnuts and dry them thoroughly with a paper towel.
After doing that, place them in a small bowl and transfer them to an Air Fryer.
Set it to 200° C (400° F) and let them toast for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove them from the fryer and transfer them to a medium baking dish.
Add the honey, the sesame seeds, the chia seeds and mix everything thoroughly to combine.
Then transfer the walnuts to an Air Fryer basket and place it in the fryer.
Set it to 180° C (350° F) and toast for 15 minutes, stirring well every 5 minutes.
Transfer the walnuts to a plate lined with parchment paper and spread them evenly.
Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 20 minutes.
Serve.
