Sauce
In a medium-sized baking dish, add the eggs, the pre-cooked chicken breast sliced into cubes and mix everything together to combine.
The chicken breast I’m using was sliced into cubes while still raw, and then I cooked it for 3 minutes in boiling water.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the sweet paprika and mix everything very well to combine.
Next, add the wheat flour and mix with your hands until combined.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the chicken cubes we prepared and fry them until golden brown.
To prepare the sauce, in a small bowl add the mayonnaise, the ketchup, the mustard, the barbecue sauce, the garlic powder, the onion powder, a pinch of black pepper and mix everything very well until combined.
Serve the chicken with the sauce we prepared.
