Rice
Start by making shallow cuts on the chicken drumsticks and set them aside.
In a small bowl, add the soy sauce, the honey, the crushed garlic cloves, the instant coffee, the lemon juice, the salt, the black pepper and mix everything until the coffee dissolves.
Then in a large bowl, add the chicken drumsticks we cut earlier.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the vegetable oil and mix.
Then pour the sauce we prepared over the chicken and mix once again.
Cover the bowl and let the chicken drumsticks marinate for 30 minutes.
After this time has passed, insert 3 toothpicks at the tip of each chicken drumstick.
Next, attach each chicken drumstick to the oven rack by skewering it onto a lemon.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Now, in a large baking tray, add the rice and the red bell pepper chopped into small cubes.
Season with the salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Add the cooking cream, the chicken broth and mix everything very well to combine.
Place it in the oven along with the chicken and bake for another 40 minutes.
Serve.

yum mostly here for the lemon rice and just use chicken breast instead of dark.
