Start by adding the chocolate-filled wafer rolls around the edges of a removable-bottom baking pan and set aside.
Next, add the milk biscuits into a food processor and blend until they turn into fine crumbs.
Transfer these biscuit crumbs to a medium bowl, add the melted unsalted butter and mix to combine.
Then, place this mixture into the baking pan, spread it evenly and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, the powdered sugar, the whipping cream and beat everything very well until stiff peaks form.
Next, divide this cream equally between 2 bowls.
Now, in one of them, add the condensed milk and mix to combine.
To the other half, add the Nutella and mix well to combine.
After doing that, place these mixtures we prepared into the baking pan with the biscuits, alternating between them.
Next, use a skewer to create decorative swirls.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve.
