
Sauce
Start by adding the carrots to a large skillet with hot vegetable oil and fry them until golden brown.
Next, cut the carrots into smaller pieces and transfer them to a mixer.
Add the water and blend everything very well.
In a large bowl, add the chicken wings.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the sweet paprika, the mustard, the olive oil and mix everything very well to combine.
Next, transfer everything to a large baking tray.
Place it in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
After this time has passed, in a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the onion chopped into small cubes, the crushed garlic cloves and sauté until lightly golden brown.
Next, add the carrot we prepared, the red peppers, the tomato puree and the water.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the chimichurri, the sweet paprika and sauté for +5 minutes.
Add the chicken wings we prepared and stir to combine.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook for 5 minutes.
Serve.
