Chicken Wings
In a skillet filled with hot oil, add the limes cut in half.
Add the red onion cut into smaller pieces, the ripe tomato cut into strips, the green bell pepper cut in half and seeded and let everything fry for 5 minutes.
Remove from the skillet and drain the excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels.
Then transfer everything to a food processor, season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder and blend everything very well until smooth.
Next, transfer this sauce to a container with a lid and store it in the fridge.
Now, let's prepare the chicken wings to go with our sauce.
In a large bowl, add the chicken wings, aeason them with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the onion powder, the garlic powder, the mustard, the baking powder and mix everything to combine.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the seasoned chicken wings and fry them until golden brown.
Serve them with the sauce we prepared.
