Chicken Wings
Fill a large skillet over medium heat with vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the orange sliced into rounds, the red onion sliced into rings, the peeled garlic cloves, the red chili peppers and let everything fry for 5 minutes.
Remove all the ingredients from the oil and transfer them to a blender.
Add the white vinegar, season with the salt, the sweet paprika, the ground ginger and blend everything very well until combined.
Stop blending and set this mixture aside.
In a large bowl, add the chicken wings.
Season them with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the onion powder, a drizzle of olive oil, the mustard and mix everything very well until combined.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil until it covers the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the chicken wings and fry them until golden brown.
Next, add the cherry tomatoes cut in half and sauté for another 3 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, the sugar and stir to incorporate.
Then, add the sauce we prepared earlier and stir once more.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve.
