Start by placing the medium peeled potatoes and the chicken breast both supported by toothpicks into a large skillet over medium heat filled with boiling water.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook for 15 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove everything from the skillet and cut the chicken and the potatoes into cubes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the potatoes and the chicken we cut.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the chili flakes, the garlic powder, the onion powder and sauté everything very well until golden brown.
Add the milk, the cream cheese, the grated Parmesan cheese and sauté everything for another 5 minutes.
Then, add the shredded mozzarella cheese and parsley to taste.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook until the cheese is completely melted.
Serve.
