
Start by placing the chicken cut into smaller pieces into a large skillet filled with the hot vegetable oil.
Add the wheat flour, stir to combine and let everything fry until lightly browned.
Remove from the skillet and drain the excess oil.
In another skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil, the medium onion, crushed and the tomatoes cut in half.
Stir everything until the tomatoes soften and their skins peel off then use a spatula to mash them.
Add the brown sugar, the heavy cream and stir for about 3 minutes.
Next, add the pieces of chicken we prepared.
Season them with the salt, the black pepper, the chili flakes, the garlic powder and stir to combine.
Serve.
