Cake Batter
Start by placing the green cake into an electric mixer.
Next, turn the mixer to medium speed and beat until the cake crumbles completely.
Then take portions of this cake and transfer them to popsicle molds.
Press the cake firmly and insert the popsicle sticks into the molds.
Place them in the freezer and let them chill for 2 hours.
In a medium bowl, add the white chocolate.
Microwave it on high until completely melted.
After this time has passed, the popsicles should be frozen.
Pour half of this chocolate into a glass and dip the popsicles into it.
Then let them rest until the chocolate sets.
In a small bowl with the remaining melted chocolate,
Add the drops of green food coloring and mix to combine.
Decorate the popsicles with this green chocolate mixture.
Add chocolate sprinkles to taste.
Place them in the freezer and let them chill for another 5 minutes.
Now, I’ll show you how I made the cake we used in this recipe.
In a large bowl, add the eggs, the sugar and whisk until it is frothy.
Add the vegetable oil, the vanilla extract, the water, the wheat flour and mix.
Next, add the drops of green food coloring and mix.
Add the baking powder and gently mix once more.
Pour everything into a medium-sized baking pan greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour.
Place it in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
