In a blender, add the oranges, the eggs, the sugar, the vegetable oil, the milk and blend everything very well until combined.
Stop blending and set this mixture aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the condensed milk, the butter, the cocoa powder and stir until the butter is completely melted.
Add the heavy cream and continue stirring until it becomes a smooth and uniform cream.
Remove it from the skillet and let it cool.
In a large bowl, add the mixture from the blender, the wheat flour, the baking powder and mix until it forms a smooth batter.
Next, transfer this batter to a buttered and floured baking pan.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
To finish, unmold it onto a nice plat and pour the chocolate fudge sauce we prepared all over the cake.
Serve.
