
Start by making a hole to the center of the tortillas using a glass.

Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Then take a handful of this meat and shape it into a ball.
Do this with all the meat.
Now, place ⅓ of these meatballs on top of one of the tortillas and spread them evenly.
Repeat this process with all the meat and tortillas.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the slices of bacon and fry them until golden brown.
In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, the bacon we fried chopped into smaller pieces, the grated cheddar cheese and mix everything together to combine.
To assemble the recipe, take a round baking pan.
Add one tortilla with the meat and top it with 100g of grated cheddar cheese.
Next, add +1 tortilla with the meat and top it with +100g of grated cheddar cheese.
Add +1 tortilla with the meat, top it with the sliced cheddar cheese and the sliced mozzarella cheese, alternating them.
Then add the grated cooked ham and 100g of grated cheddar cheese.
In the center, add the cream cheese we prepared earlier and top it with +50g of grated cheddar cheese.
Place it in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Finally, top everything with vinaigrette to taste.
Serve.
