Corn and Bacon Pie

In a 22cm diameter baking pan, start by adding the corn kernels and the blended corn. Add the melted butter, the cream cheese, the fried bacon, the honey, the brown sugar, the salt, the wheat flour, the baking powder and mix everything very well until combined.Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.In a small bowl, add the fried bacon, the melted butter, the honey, the salt, the black pepper and mix everything until combined.After the cake has baked, unmold it onto a nice plate and finish with the mixture we prepared.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 400g of Corn 
  • 400g of Blended Corn
  • 100g of Melted Unsalted Butter
  • 200g of Cream Cheese
  • 200g of Fried Bacon
  • 3 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 4 Tablespoons of Wheat Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder

Syrup

  • 50g of Fried Bacon
  • 1 Tablespoon of Melted Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper

 

Modo de Fazer
