
Start by adding the Oreo cookies to a silicone chocolate bar mold and set aside.
Next, in a large baking dish, add the milk chocolate bars.
Cover them with hot water and stir until melted.
Next, add this melted chocolate to the mold with the cookies and spread it evenly.
Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for 10 minutes.
In a medium bowl, add the toasted shredded coconut, the pistachio cream and mix until smooth and well combined.
Now, chop the Oreo cookies into smaller pieces and set aside.
After the chocolate has chilled, pour the coconut and pistachio mixture we prepared all over it and spread it evenly.
Add another bar of melted milk chocolate and spread it to cover everything.
Finally, add the chopped cookies for decoration.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it chill for another 15 minutes.
Serve.
