
Chicken Strips
Pasta Sauce
Start by putting the pasta to cook in a large skillet over medium heat with boiling water.
Cover the skillet and let it cook for 8 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the onion cut into strips, the crushed garlic cloves and sauté until lightly golden brown.
Then add the cabbage chopped into strips, the bell pepper cut into strips and the carrot cut into sticks.
Season with the salt, the black pepper and stir.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook for 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, add the wheat flour, the cornstarch, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix.
Then, coat the chicken strips in this mixture.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the chicken strips we coated and fry them until golden brown.
In the skillet with the vegetables, add the soy sauce.
Dissolve the cornstarch in the water, add it to the skillet and stir.
Add the pasta we cooked, the chicken we fried and stir to incorporate.
Serve.
