In a large skillet, start by adding the traditional-flavored potato chips.
Add the milk, the water, turn the heat to medium-low and break the potatoes into smaller pieces using a spatula.
Next, add the unsalted butter and mix everything very well until the butter completely melts
Add the grated Parmesan cheese, the grated mozzarella cheese and mix everything very well until the cheeses melt and form a smooth mixture.
Remove from the heat and set aside.
Now, cut the puff pastry into a round shape using a pastry cutter ring and remove the excess pastry.
To assemble the recipe, add a slice of bacon on top of the puff pastry.
Add one teaspoon of the mixture we prepared.
Close the pastry and press the edges with the help of a fork.
Next, transfer to a large baking sheet and brush a beaten egg over everything.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve.
