
Start by cutting the peeled potatoes into thin rounds.
Next, line an Air Fryer basket with a sheet of parchment paper and spray it with olive oil.
Then, arrange the sliced potatoes in a single layer, making a bed.
Season them with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and spray a little more olive oil over them.
Place the basket in the Air Fryer, set it to 180° C (350° F) and fry for 15 minutes.
After this time has passed, sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over everything, add the red onion sliced into strips and the mushrooms sliced into strips.
Return it to the Air Fryer, set it to 180° C (350° F) and fry for another 6 minutes.
After this time has passed, add the cooked ham sliced into strips, the black olives and the grated mozzarella cheese.
Place it back in the Air Fryer, set it to 200° C (400° F) and fry for another 7 minutes.
Serve.
