Start by making holes with a fork all over the salmon fillet.
Season it with the fish seasoning powder and spread it well on both sides.
Now, in a tray, add the instant noodles.
Cover with a plastic bag and crush them very well with a kitchen mallet until they turn into crumbs.
Now, in a medium bowl, add the wheat flour.
In another bowl, add the beaten eggs and in a third bowl, add the crushed instant noodles.
Bread the salmon we seasoned by first coating it in the wheat flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs and finally, cover it with the noodle crumbs.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the breaded salmon and fry it until both sides are golden brown.
Serve.
