Sautéed Vegetables
Start by adding the unsalted butter to the piece of salmon with shallow diagonal cuts in both directions and spread it evenly.
Season it with the salt, the black pepper and the garlic powder.
After doing that, cut it into strips approximately 3 fingers thick.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the salmon strips and let them fry until both sides are golden brown.
Remove them from the skillet and set them aside.
Then in a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the medium onion cut into strips, the crushed garlic cloves and sauté everything until lightly golden brown.
Next, add the mushrooms cut into smaller pieces, the cherry tomatoes cut in half, the spinach leaves and the grated Parmesan cheese.
Season everything with the salt, a pinch of black pepper and sauté very well for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, add the salmon strips we prepared and also add one lemon sliced into rounds.
Cover the skillet and let everything simmer for 10 minutes.
