Start by adding the hard-boiled eggs to a large skillet over medium heat with hot vegetable oil and fry them until golden brown.
Remove them from the skillet and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels.
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the ketchup, the mustard, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything together very well until combined.
Next, cut the hot dog sausages diagonally, the tomatoes into rounds and set aside.
Then, cut in half the eggs we fried and also cut +3 hard-boiled eggs that haven’t been fried.
To assemble the sandwich, on one half of the eggs, place one slice of the tomato, one small leaf of lettuce, a bit of the sauce we prepared, a slice of hot dog sausage and close the sandwich with the other half of the egg, securing it with a toothpick.
Finish with sesame seeds to taste.
Repeat this process with all the eggs.
Serve.
