
Start by inserting the cubed butter into the sausage using toothpicks.
Next, place it in a large skillet over medium to low heat and let it fry until all the butter has melted.
Then remove the toothpicks and turn the sausage over.
Add the eggs into the center of the skillet and a generous pinch of salt.
Cover it and let everything fry for 2 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the eggs and set them aside.
Add the slices of bacon and fry them until golden brown.
Then add one slice of cooked ham, one slice of mozzarella cheese, one slice of cheddar cheese, one slice of mild yellow cheese and one slice of fried bacon.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook until the cheese is completely melted.
Repeat this process 2 additional times.
Remove the sausage from the skillet and set it aside.
Spread butter on a large piece of bread cut in half and toast it until golden brown in a large skillet over medium to low heat.
To assemble the recipe, on the bottom half of the bread spread cream cheese to taste.
Add lettuce leaves to taste, the red onion cut into round slices, the ripe tomato cut into round slices, pickles to taste, the sausage we prepared earlier, the eggs and the slices of cheese with the bacon.
Spread cream cheese to taste on the top half of the bread and close the sandwich with this top half.
Serve.
