Sauce
In a large bowl, add the ground beef, the grated onion, the crushed garlic cloves, chopped parsley to taste, the egg, the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and mix everything together very well until fully combined.
Next, transfer ⅔ of this meat mixture to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and shape it into a rectangular tray.
Place it in the freezer and let it chill for 1 hour.
Add the remaining meat to another tray and shape it into a rectangle with the same length as the meat tray.
Place it in the freezer and let it chill for 1 hour.
After this time has passed, in a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the spinach leaves, the mushrooms chopped into smaller pieces and sauté everything until wilted.
Once the meat tray has frozen, fill it with the shredded mozzarella cheese, add the sautéed mixture we prepared, also add the grated hard-boiled eggs and top everything with another 100g of shredded mozzarella.
Cover the tray with the meat lid we prepared and set aside.
In a small bowl, add the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the mustard, the honey and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Now, using a brush, spread this sauce all over the meat tray we prepared.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
