Start by adding the ice cubes to the pork loin with the top cut off.
Pour the beer, cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

To stuff it, add the onion sliced into rings, the tomato sliced into rounds, the sliced bacon, alternating all these ingredients.
Add the pork loin top that we removed earlier and set it aside.
In a small bowl, add the crushed garlic cloves, the salt, the salt, the black pepper, the chimichurri, the onion powder, the sweet paprika, a generous drizzle of olive oil and mix everything very well until combined.
Finally, spread this sauce all over the meat.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180 ° C (350 ° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
