
Start by adding the ground beef meatballs to the wheat tortillas.
Then cut the tortillas into strips using the meatballs as a guide.
Next, insert a skewer through the center of each strip with the meatballs securing everything together.
Repeat this process with all the meatballs and tortilla strips.
Now, in a round baking pan, place a tortilla sheet.
Arrange the tortilla strips with the meatballs around the edges.
Then, add the tomato purée in the center and spread it evenly.
Season with the salt, black pepper and chimichurri to taste.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese and the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the tomato purée.
Finally, brush the beaten egg over everything.
Place it in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve.
