Watermelon Dessert

Start by placing the ripe watermelon into a large skillet over medium heat filled with boiling water and with the help of a spoon, baste it well.Repeat this process for 5 minutes.After doing that, remove the watermelon from the water and cut it in half.Next, scoop out all the pulp with the help of a spoon and set the rind aside.Transfer the pulp to a blender and blend at maximum power until it turns into juice.If blending becomes difficult, turn off the blender, stir with a spoon to loosen any stuck pieces then resume blending.Repeat this process until the mixture reaches a liquid consistency and the watermelon blends easily.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, pour the watermelon juice we’ve just blended.Add the sugar, the unflavored gelatin and stir everything very well until the gelatin dissolves completely and the mixture begins to boil.Next, pour everything back into the rind we set aside.Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 4 hours.After this time has passed, cut the dessert in half then cut it into strips.Serve.

  • 24g of Unflavored Gelatin

After doing that, remove the watermelon from the water and cut it in half.

Next, scoop out all the pulp with the help of a spoon and set the rind aside. 

Transfer the pulp to a blender and blend at maximum power until it turns into juice.
